1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 cups sunflower seeds, ground
2 cups flax seeds, ground
1 cup water
1 cup hot red pepper sauce
In a bowl mix well all ingredients together.
Form into 8 burgers and dehydrate at 105° for 3 hours.
Serve with hot red pepper sauce.
